Hi, I’m Jen Hughes Hernandez.

I believe when you wake up in the morning, you should feel excited to jump into your business. A business that is not only successful—but aligned, joyful, and sustainable.

That’s what I’ve built for myself, and that’s what I help others create through my coaching, speaking, and tools.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve helped more than 4,600 families finance their homes and built a mortgage career entirely by referral—no cold calling, no chasing, no gimmicks. Just relationships, systems, and a whole lot of heart. Along the way, I’ve consistently ranked among the top 10 loan officers in my city and have been honored to serve thousands of families with one of life’s biggest decisions.

In 2024, I delivered my first TEDx talk, sharing the principles that have guided my career: do the right thing, show people you care, and always lead with integrity. Trust is the foundation of every relationship, and I go the extra mile to ensure my clients feel valued and supported throughout the home-buying process.

But beyond mortgages, my passion is mentoring. I’ve helped hundreds of business owners—just like you—build businesses that love them back. I speak and coach on topics such as:

One of my favorite platforms is video. In 2019, I launched my YouTube channel, @LoanWithJen, to empower homebuyers, sellers, and Realtors with straightforward, no-nonsense mortgage education. With over 800 videos, my channel helps people cut through the confusion and make confident, informed decisions.

At the heart of everything I do is my commitment to community. Whether I’m guiding a home buyer, coaching a realtor, or speaking on stage, my focus remains the same: to inspire action and make a difference—one relationship at a time.
