As a seasoned Senior Loan Officer and Top Producer at Legacy Mutual Mortgage, I have consistently ranked among the top 10 loan producers in every company I've worked with since 1995. With nearly three decades of experience, I have built my entire business on referrals-relying solely on the trust and loyalty of realtors, business partners, and past clients. Throughout my career, I've chosen to work with just three companies, I am committed to stability and long-term relationships.

In 2024, I took the stage for my first TEDx talk, sharing insights that have guided my success and inspired many others. I'm known for my philosophy of always doing the right thing, showing genuine care for my clients, and prioritizing integrity. I believe that trust is the foundation of every relationship, and I go the extra mile to ensure that clients feel valued and supported throughout the home-buying process.

Beyond my work in lending, I am passionate about helping sales people transform their businesses, their lives, and their finances. I regularly presents on topics like Time Management, Generating Trusted Referrals for a Thriving Business, How to Explode Your Business Using Video, and Mortgage 101. I've also led realtor masterminds and provide one-on-one coaching to help agents maximize their customer experience and communication skills.

One of my greatest passions is video content creation, to educate home buyers and Realtors. Since launching my YouTube channel, @LoanWithJen, in 2019, I have produced over 800 videos, all with a single mission: to empower homebuyers with accurate, no-nonsense information about the mortgage process. By breaking down complex topics into digestible and straightforward advice, my goal is to help buyers make informed decisions with confidence.
